Hi, I’m Andrew Holdstock.
I design operating models that integrate client lifecycle management, compliance, and risk into one capability — efficient, resilient, and built for what’s next.
My focus is Client Network Risk Management (CNRM), where operational Entity Client Lifecycle Management (E-CLM) meets network-level risk awareness. I help banks evolve from reactive compliance to connected, adaptive CLM and KYC capabilities that strengthen both control and client trust.
My work
My experience ranges from strategic transformation programmes to granular task level problem solving, either as a leader or a subject matter expert.
My expertise
My ability to make a difference to the outcomes of change programmes and operating model performance comes from 20+ years of actual practice applying recognized techniques backed-up by use of sound engineering principles.
I have a broad range of skills and expertise across the facets of an operating model and the engineering mindset to go in search of new approaches where needed.
What I am known for
I have been called a ‘fixer’ and The Professor in my last employment - a ‘fixer’ because I was seen as a ‘go-to’ person to solve problems, The Professor because I could explain how and why they occurred, and why a solution is fit-for-purpose, or not.
This reputation arises from the breadth and depth of my experience in solving operational problems and leading change programmes across banking activities. I have an inquisitive mind into why operational problems exist and how to solve them.
Impacts

Approaches
These are some of the techniques I use as a supplement to standard practice in order to address specific programme or operational performance challenges.
